The head of the IAEA, Raphael Grossi, who visited the Kursk nuclear power plant today, spoke about the possible consequences of the attack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
According to him, the attack causes concern regarding the nuclear and physical security of the nuclear power plant. "There is a danger of a nuclear incident in the Kursk region," he said. The head of the IAEA said he would analyze how to prevent it with his Russian partners.
Grossi will go to Kyiv next week to meet with President Zelensky.
