TASS reports that the head of the IAEA, Raphael Grossi, arrived in the Russian city of Kurchatov to inspect the Kursk NPP. The reason is the Ukrainian army's invasion of Kursk.
Earlier, Grossi said he is earnest about the risk of damage to the nuclear power plant. "And since military operations are going on there, I am apprehensive."
