On his X page, Iran's Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi referred to his phone conversation with the Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan the other day.
"The Caucasus is of geopolitical and strategic importance for Iran. Historical, cultural, and geographical proximity has doubled the importance of expanding relations with the countries of this region," he wrote.
