The High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Affairs, Josep Borrell, discussed the EU's role in the Russian-Ukrainian war.
"We are part of this game. We are not on the side of war but part of the conflict. How the conflict will be resolved will affect our security," Borell said.
