The Financial Times news agency reported that IAEA head Rafael Grossi would visit the Kursk nuclear power plant. The visit is connected with the Ukrainian invasion of Kursk.
Grossi said that he "takes very seriously" the risk of damage to the nuclear power plant. According to him, the Kursk NPP is within the reach of the artillery of the Ukrainian positions. "And since military operations are going on there, I am apprehensive," he said.
