"Today, during one of the patrols along the administrative border of South Ossetia, the head of the EU representation in Georgia, Bettina Patricia Boughani, received the head of the EU representation in Armenia, Markus Ritter. Our observers talked about their work and provided updated information on the security and humanitarian situation," the publication said.
