"Ukrainian soldiers have entered another area of the Kursk region," said Nikolay Volobuev, the head of the Belovsky region.
"The entry of subversive-intelligence groups into our territory caused great confusion and panic. The situation is now stable but very tense," Volobuev said in a video message. According to him, there are no military clashes. Before that, battles took place in two regions of Kursk: Korenevsky and Sudzhansk. Belovsky District is located southeast of Sudzhansk.
