"I am horrified by the Israeli attack on the school in the Gaza Strip." Borell
The head of EU diplomacy, Josep Borell, stated that he was horrified by the Israeli attack on a school in the Gaza Strip, adding that such massacres have no justification.
"I am horrified by the footage of the school in Gaza, which Israel hit and as a result of which dozens of Palestinians were killed. At least ten schools have been targeted in recent weeks. These pogroms have no justification," Borell wrote on the X social network.
Earlier, Palestinian emergency services said that an Israeli plane had fired three rockets at the Al-Tabain school in Gaza, where refugees had gathered for morning prayers. According to preliminary data, 100 people were killed.
The Israel Defense Forces announced that it had struck a school in the Gaza Strip, claiming that Hamas militants were there.
