"Ukraine did not warn about the actions in Kursk, but they are the ones who make the decision." Miller

Matthew Miller, the spokesperson of the US State Department, stated that the US did not receive any warnings from Ukraine about any action in the Kursk region of Russia. Miller confirmed that the US was not warned about possible actions on Russian territories.
"This is a war they are waging; we provide them with tools and advise them. But when it comes to daily tactics and operations, sometimes we communicate with them. And it is appropriate that they make decisions themselves," he noted.
