Josep Borrell, EU High Representative for Foreign Policy and Security Affairs, referred to the situation in the Middle East.
"Tensions in the Middle East continue to escalate, reaching the brink of a war of unknown proportions. We must all prevent another disaster. The way forward is largely consensual: a cease-fire in Gaza. All those who hinder the de-escalation should be held accountable," Borell wrote.
