If the Azerbaijan-Armenia negotiations end positively, we can open the border. Fidan

Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan interviewed one of the Turkish media. In it, he touched on the Armenia-Azerbaijan peace negotiations and the possible opening of the Armenia-Turkey border.
"The negotiation process between Azerbaijan and Armenia continues. We need to prepare our scenario so that it has a positive ending. Steps are being taken in that direction. If it is completed, we will include it in a positive scenario. Thus, we can open our border crossing (with Armenia)," Fidan noted.
