The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, spoke about possible negotiations with the President of Russia, Vladimir Putin.
"At the second world summit, if the plan is completely ready, if Russia is ready to speak about this plan, then we will be ready to talk with the representatives of Russia together with our partners," he said.
"Let's be honest, if we want to end the war, and we have all the power to do so, and if the world unites around Ukraine, we will talk to those who make decisions in Russia," he added.
