German Chancellor Olaf Scholz mentioned the European Political Community Forum and the meeting with Armenian Prime Minister Pashinyan and Azerbaijani President Aliyev.
"I've had a lot of conversations here. The conversation with Mr. Pashinyan and Mr. Aliyev is also important to me. This year is significant for this region. It can be a year of peace if both sides take decisive and bold steps towards each other. I took this opportunity to encourage them to do so. Europe, as a whole, will accompany Armenia and Azerbaijan on the way to establish peace with each other, which will last a long time and ensure long-term good cooperation between these two neighboring countries," Scholz noted.
