Paul Kagame, Rwanda's president for the last 24 years, was re-elected for a fourth term. According to the country's Central Electoral Commission, after processing 79% of the ballots, Kagame received 99.15% of the votes.
His votes in the second consecutive presidential election exceed 99%.
