Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said our region is on the verge of new upheavals.
"Accordingly, alignment in foreign policy is more of a necessity than a preference for Turkey," he said.
According to Erdogan, Turkey cannot be limited to one direction because of its geographical, human, economic, and historical ties.
"In response to the pressures that feed on blood, tears, and the occupation that hides aggression, we firmly stand by Palestine and will continue to do so," said the Turkish president.
