US President Joe Biden addressed the Americans on the attack on former US President Donald Trump.
"We still don't know the motives of the shooter. We do not know his opinion. We don't know if he had any help or support or if he talked to anyone. Law enforcement is investigating the matter. I want to say what I know. The former president was shot. You know that the political situation in the country is agitated. It's time for everyone to wake up. We have to do it. Yes, we have many differences. The stakes are high in this election. The choices we make will shape the future of America and the world for decades to come," Biden said.
