Michael Carpenter, senior director of European affairs of the White House National Security Council (NSC), said at a briefing for foreign journalists that the USA has started reviewing all cooperation programs with Georgia.
"We hope that we will witness a change in the strategic course of the Georgian government, but at the moment, all our plans with Georgia have been reviewed," he said, answering the journalist's relevant question.
