The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan once again voiced demands to the RA and spoke about the RA constitution.
"The public is regularly informed about the priorities of the peace agenda with Armenia. The number of open issues in the peace treaty negotiations has significantly decreased. Unfortunately, the territorial claims against Azerbaijan remain in Armenia's constitution. This factor must be eliminated to achieve complete peace," Bayramov said.
