Tehran continues to negotiate with Washington through mediators on the issue of unilateral American sanctions cancellation. Spokesman of the Iranian Foreign Ministry, Nasser Kanani, announced this at the first press conference after the election of the new Iranian president, Masoud Pezeshkian.
"Our diplomatic channels are open and different. The process of indirect negotiations has been and continues. When necessary, we are in a good position for further negotiations on nuclear issues and the lifting of sanctions," the diplomat said on the IRIB TV channel.
