According to the diplomatic department's press service, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine is upset with Orban's visit to Moscow because it was not agreed upon with Kyiv.
It should be noted that the President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, reacted negatively to Viktor Orban's visit to Moscow. And the head of European diplomacy, Josep Borrell, announced that Orbán was not given an EU mandate to visit the Russian Federation.
