Ukraine received $2.2 billion in credit assistance from the IMF

Ukraine received 2.2 billion dollars from the International Monetary Fund (IMF) under the Extended Credit Program (EFF), with a total volume of about 16 billion dollars. The Prime Minister of the country, Denis Schmyhal, informed me about it.

"It is a part of the 16 billion dollars funds provided by the program. In order to receive them, Ukraine has done important homework and for the first time in our bilateral relations with the IMF successfully passed the fourth review of the program," Shmyhal said in a statement.
