"Turkey does not claim anyone's territory." Erdogan

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan made a statement after the government meeting in Ankara.

At the beginning of the speech, he noted that 14 Bayraktar TB2 drones are currently monitoring forest areas around the clock. According to him, Turkey is one of the two countries in the world that uses drones to fight forest fires.

Regarding the political situation in the region, Erdogan noted that the frequency of Israel's attacks and threatening statements against Lebanon causes serious concern for the future of the entire area.

"If Israel's aggression under the leadership of Netanyahu is not stopped, no state in our region, including Turkey, will be able to feel safe," he said.

The head of the Turkish state reminded that public order is the red line of the state.

"We will not allow this border to be crossed or violated under any pretext. As long as bloody criminal groups are pointing their weapons at our country, we will take necessary measures," he said.

Erdogan said that Turkey does not claim anyone's territory or sovereignty but will only protect and defend its country.
