Matthew Miller, the US Secretary of State spokesperson, mentioned Assistant Secretary of State O'Brien's upcoming visit to Baku.
"We continue to engage in diplomacy to resolve several unresolved regional issues. This is a process we have been working on for some time.
Assistant Secretary of State O'Brien makes regular trips there," he said.
