The US aircraft carrier will leave the Red Sea

The US Navy's nuclear-powered aircraft carrier USS Eisenhower, deployed in the Red Sea to counter attacks on merchant ships by Yemen's Houthis, will soon leave the region, Fox News reported, citing military sources.

The aircraft carrier is already in the northern part of the Red Sea, on the way to the Suez Canal.

According to the TV channel, it should replace the American nuclear-powered aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt with a naval escort group from the Pacific Ocean.
