White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said the deepening of ties between the Russian Federation and the DPRK should concern everyone.
"The deepening cooperation between the Russian Federation and the DPRK is a trend that should be of great concern to all interested in maintaining peace and stability on the Korean Peninsula, maintaining the global non-proliferation regime by UN resolutions, and supporting the people. For Ukraine, who defend their freedom and independence," Jean-Pierre said at the briefing, answering the question of commenting on the visit of Russian President Vladimir Putin to the DPRK.
He says the United States "has been warning about this for a long time."
