"Al Mayadeen" TV channel reported that more than 9.3 thousand Palestinians were arrested by the Israeli authorities and imprisoned. According to the Union of Palestinian Prisoners, 75 women and 250 children are among those detained.
As stated in the report of this organization, this number does not include all those arrested in the Gaza Strip. The Israeli authorities previously announced the arrest of 899 people in the enclave.
