US National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan said during a conference dedicated to Ukraine in Switzerland that Russian President Vladimir Putin's peace initiative contradicts common sense.
"No responsible country can say this is a reasonable basis for peace. It's against the UN Charter, it's against morality, it's against basic common sense," Sullivan said.
Vladimir Putin made a new peace proposal, according to which Ukraine should withdraw its troops from the LPR, DPR, Kherson, and Zaporizhia territories to start negotiations.
