A US Navy nuclear submarine has arrived off the southeastern coast of Cuba, a day after Russian warships docked in Havana in the Caribbean.
The USS Helena attack submarine is in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, on a routine port visit. It is said on US Southern Command's X social network.
