State Department spokesman Matthew Miller stated that the United States remains concerned about the risk of escalation on the Israeli-Lebanese border.
"It worries us immediately after the events of October 7. We are engaged in intensive diplomatic negotiations to avoid an uncontrolled escalation of this conflict," Miller said at a press conference.
