"A few days ago, we received a new project from Armenia. I must say that the number of "open" questions regarding the draft peace agreement is decreasing. Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister, Jeyhun Bayramov, announced this during a joint briefing with his Hungarian counterpart.
"Positive dynamics are observed in several positions. In other words, we see positive dynamics here," added the minister.
