Andriy Rubel, head of the Strategic Investigations Department of the National Police of Ukraine, announced that Ukraine's police seized 38 billion hryvnias (almost $1 billion) in Russian-related assets.
"In particular, a Bell-427 helicopter, a Gulfstream G650 airplane, 47 trucks, 55 passenger cars, and three sidecars were handed over to our defenders," Rubel said. He clarified that it is difficult to assess the volume of Russian assets because, since 2014, all major businesses in Ukraine have been directly or indirectly connected with Russians.
