The Financial Times newspaper, referring to three sources familiar with the negotiations, wrote that Russia's attempts to strike a deal with China on constructing the Power of Siberia 2 gas pipeline have been stalled by disagreements over pricing policy and the amount of gas Beijing intends to buy from Moscow.
Beijing wants to buy only a small portion of the fuel the pipeline's capacity is calculated to supply.
