The Secretary General of NATO wants to allocate 40 billion euros annually to Kyiv

NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg will propose that the alliance member countries allocate at least 40 billion euros annually to provide military assistance to Ukraine. This was reported by the "Reuters" agency on Thursday, May 30, on the first day of the informal meeting of foreign ministers of NATO countries in Prague. The main topic of the meeting was the military support for Ukraine.

"We need to maintain the current level of support at least to provide the predictability that Ukraine needs during the necessary period," the agency's source said, adding that since Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, NATO members have provided Ukraine with about 40 billion euros a year.
