The ban on Russian tourists entering Norway came into force on May 29. In addition, transit trips to other European countries through Norway's territory are prohibited for Russians. The government in Oslo announced this measure last week.
According to the Norwegian authorities, the ban does not apply to Russians with student or work visas, border resident certificates, Schengen zone countries, or those traveling to Norway to visit relatives.
