US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken left for Moldova as part of his European tour.
"In Chisinau, Secretary of State Blinken will meet with Moldovan President Maia Sandu and other officials to confirm US support for Moldova's EU membership and energy security," the State Department said.
After his visit to Moldova, Anthony Blinken will travel to Prague, where he will meet with Czech Foreign Minister Jan Lipavsky and other officials to discuss support for Ukraine, joint defense modernization, and deepening energy ties. While in Prague, Anthony Blinken will participate in an informal meeting of the foreign ministers of NATO countries to discuss the priorities of the upcoming NATO summit.
