The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Cyprus stated the floods in the Tavush and Lori regions.
"We express our sincere condolences to the families of the victims of the heavy flood in the Tavush and Lori regions of Armenia. We wish the injured a speedy recovery and strength for all those affected by this tragic incident."
