"It is clear that the Georgian government is moving away from the European path, and the ministers must decide how to act," EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell said before the EU Foreign Affairs Council meeting in Brussels. According to Borel, this is a preliminary assessment of the current situation in Georgia at the ministerial level.
