A meeting of heads of governments of the CIS countries will take place today in Ashgabat

The regular session of the Council of Heads of Governments of the Commonwealth of Independent States will take place in Ashgabat on May 24, 2024. The agenda includes 12 issues. Council members will exchange opinions on current topics of economic interaction in the Commonwealth.
In a broad format, it is proposed to discuss the drafts of the concept of cooperation in the energy sector and the program of priority measures for its implementation, as well as the projects of the optimization of the infrastructure passing through the territories of the CIS member states and the development of international transport corridors.
