The spiritual leader of Iran, Ali Khamenei, spoke with the Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, about Armenia-Iran relations and problems.
Khamenei, in particular, stated, "I emphasize the expansion of cooperation based on the strategic nature of the relationship, but the important thing is that there are adversaries in the relations between Iran and Armenia, which is why the issues concerning the two countries should be approached with caution and attention."
