Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan, Hikmet Hajiyev, met with Jake Sullivan, US President Joe Biden's national security advisor.
The parties discussed the further development of relations, as well as regional and global issues.
"We also exchanged opinions on establishing peace in the region and regulating Armenian-Azerbaijani relations," Hajiyev said.
