The US sees no reason to regulate the readiness of its nuclear forces, said US State Department spokesman Matthew Miller, commenting on the upcoming Russian exercises with the use of non-strategic nuclear weapons.
He also noted that he does not see any signs that Russia is going to use nuclear weapons in Ukraine.
