Russia has a plan to capture Kharkiv

Ukraine's ground troops commander, Alexander Pavlyuk, announced that the Russians plan to capture Kharkiv and Sumy. In an interview with The Times, he stated that it is not known whether the occupiers will be able to do this, but he added that in 2024, Russia wants to completely occupy the Zaporizhia, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions.

However, Pavlyuk expressed optimism that the US military aid package, along with European support, could not only halt the enemy's advance this summer but also likely give the country a strategic advantage.
