In the face of the changed security situation, Germany and its European allies in NATO must increase defense spending. Such a position was supported by 68% of the participants in the survey, which was conducted by the "Forsa" public opinion research institute in the order of the "Internationale Politik" magazine.
According to that survey, 29% of respondents were against the increase in defense costs.
