Washington does not want to change the Chinese state structure and does not seek to restrain China's development. US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken announced this during a meeting with Chinese President Xi Jinping in Beijing.
"The US does not aspire to a new cold war, does not intend to change the Chinese system, does not want to restrain China's development, does not intend to confront China through alliances and enter into conflict with the PRC," Blinken was quoted as saying by China Central Television.
