Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has invited his Ukrainian counterpart Vladimir Zelensky to the "COP 29" conference, which will take place in Baku in November. Azerbaijan's ambassador to Ukraine, Seymour Mardaliev, wrote about it in X. Mardaliev wrote that he had a meeting with Ukraine's Deputy Foreign Minister Andrey Sibiga in Kyiv.
"I had the honor to present the letter of the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, addressed to the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, to participate in the COP29 to be held in Baku," the diplomat wrote.
