Javier Colomina, the special representative of the NATO Secretary General in the Caucasus and Central Asia, stated:
"We welcome the agreement signed between Armenia and Azerbaijan on the Alma-Ata Declaration in 1991 as a basis for border demarcation. Recognition of the territorial integrity of the two countries is a key principle. NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg announced during his visit to the region that NATO strongly supports settlement efforts," Kolomina wrote on his X page.
