CNN reports that a regional intelligence source aware of a possible Iranian response to Friday's Israeli strike said direct strikes between the two states have ended.
The source, who was not authorized to speak publicly, said on condition of anonymity that, as far as he knew, Iran would not retaliate but did not say why. Iranian government officials have so far tried to play down the effects of Friday's attack. The Israeli military did not comment on it in any way, and Iran did not specify the source of the attack.
