EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus, Toivo Klaar, wrote on his X page:
"There is encouraging news regarding the work of the border commissions of Armenia and Azerbaijan, legal documents, and the start of the demarcation process based on the 1991 Almaty Agreement.
The EU fully supports the negotiation process with a view to a comprehensive and lasting settlement."
