The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic, Hossein Amir Abdollahian, announced that Iran's retaliation is over, and steps must now be taken to deter Israel from further escalation.
"The reciprocal and proportional actions of Iran's legal defense have now ended; in this sense, it is necessary to restrain the Israeli regime from further adventures," he said at the UN Security Council session.
According to him, if Israel uses force against Tehran's interests, "the Islamic Republic of Iran will not hesitate to exercise its right to give an immediate and decisive response, which will make them regret it."
