NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg told journalists on the sidelines of the G7 foreign ministers' meeting on the Italian island of Capri that providing more air defense systems to Ukraine is urgent and should happen in the coming days.
"This is urgent because the delay causes more damage to Ukraine every day. Today, tomorrow, the next day... the sooner, the better," he said.
According to Stoltenberg, delays in the supply of air defense systems mean an increase in the probability of being defeated by Russian attacks.
